Hands down. Much higher level of quality than any of the other places I’ve tried since moving here. TWO COMPLAINTS FOR OWNER: 1) Pease instruct your cashier to stop sneaking tips. Very sketchy. 2) The portion seems to vary too much. Sometimes my poke bowl is 30% smaller than other times. Be consistent with a proper portion especially since we’re paying $13+ I still gave you 5 stars because I like the food so much. But these are issues that will cause me to stop eating at Bibuta.

My only complaint is that I ended up with a nasty plastic cut while trying to remove the lid from my bowl. Other than that, it's an awesome place!
