Description

A downtown fast-casual spot that pairs build-your-own bowls with classic pho and spring rolls, offering speedy counter service and friendly staff. Bright, modern décor and a Chipotle-style assembly line make it ideal for a quick lunch or takeaway. Standouts include crisp spring rolls and strong Vietnamese coffee, though diners report uneven seasoning, thinly marinated proteins and occasional inconsistency in flavor. Great for busy workers seeking customizable, affordable Vietnamese-inspired fare; less satisfying for seekers of deeply authentic, spice-forward cuisine.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. If you want real vietrnamese feed I would go to Quang or anyhere on Eat Street.

Stopped by for lunch while working downtown. While it's not the most authentic viet food around, it's quick and you can customize what you want. I got the vermicelli bowl and added most of the toppings to it. For protein I got the pork and it said it was marinated but I could barely taste it. The service was fast and the staff was super friendly. Overall, it's good if you are looking for something quick and wanted viet inspired flavors.

I found it overpriced for food that has little flavor and the ratio of meat to carbs is laughable. I guess it’s a lot of flavor if you’re from the Midwest and think black pepper is flavor or you’re afraid of seasoning. Each time I have ordered different items just to see and each time I’m disappointed so today will be the last as I have given it a handful of tries and I officially quit. My chicken rice bowl should have called Boring Bowl. Where’s the spice? Where’s the flavors? As a fellow Southeast Asian, I’m disappointed it’s incredibly lacking. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
