B-dubs Express - Minneapolis

The food was tasty, but the service was slow because the staff was on their phone instead of attending to customers. 3/5 for the food.

The wings were undercooked and not crispy at all. I ordered large fries but received very few, hardly even a portion of small fries. Overall, the experience was terrible. I think Buffalo Wild Wings is overhyped and starting to decline in quality. It could be the employees, but they really need to improve. I will not be returning.

I ordered the dry rub wings and I wish there was more rub and less dryness. I tried ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash once, late at night near closing time. The wings I received seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for most of the night since they were the last ones available. I shouldn't have ordered them so close to closing time. I came back another time for lunch with a friend and had a similar experience. I paid for wings and a beer, only to later see a lunch special that included wings and fries for a cheaper price. When I asked the lady at the register why she didn't offer me the lunch special, she replied that I should have read the sign. It's clear to me now that this is not the place I will be ordering wings from in the future.

I used to work here and we never closed kitchen until around 10:00 which was when store closed. But apparently they close kitchen at 9:30pm when it's convenient for them. I know for sure that's when they close their Doordash app but not the whole kitchen. Crazy.

Placed an online order for pick up only to arrive at the location and find doors locked with a sign saying they don’t open until 5pm (despite their hours showing as open online and the email receipt for my order stating my food would be ready at 1:20pm). Tried calling the numbers available to get a refund and no one answers the call just hangs up on you.
