Applebee's Grill - Minneapolis

Service wasn't so good. Eating made me and my friend SICK! Definitely not recommend!

That was a pleasant visit. We met a friend of ours. The waitress was very friendly and when we finished eating, she told us we could stay as long as we wanted to talk, what we appreciated very much. Eating was really good.

The service was actually quite decent, but the food was a mixed bag. My children enjoyed their children's meals, and they had a lot of options. My steak was okay, but the sides were cold. My mother complained that her steak is hard to chew.

On 10/19/21 at 5:30 p.m., our waiter Caitlin added their own 20% tips without my permission. I've already put 18% tip on the table, but that was probably not enough. When we brought it to the manager's attention, he said he didn't know what happened, which was good that he didn't. What irritated me was that he tried to explain why the amounts were different before he looked into the problem. He didn't even ask Caitlin. I can do basic mathematics. Then he said it might be if you use your credit card at the gas station and keep it money. No, sir. This is not how my debit card works or the Applebee system. I honestly believe that the manager who said he was the staff in training under the influence of something. I asked him to end the full transaction and do it again, he said he couldn't. I'll wait for the transaction to stop pending and if it's still wrong, I'll deny it with the bank and call Applebee's business office.

It was good just needed more barbecue sauce. The drinks was amazing
