None of them acknowledg... read more I placed a pick up order and was notified via text that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was rudely ignored by 3 staff members. None of them acknowledged my presence in the establishment. 3 other patrons walked in and were treated immediately. They were seated despite not having a reservation. They continued to ignore my presence and walk back into the kitchen. A woman who appeared to be the manager continued to use kiosk as well and ignore me. I then approached her and said excuse me 4 times. On the fourth time she then addressed me in a tone that seemed as though I was bothering her. I told her I was there for a pickup order. It would be another 5 minutes before she let me know my order would be out shortly. In that time a second group of two came in and were addressed right away and seated. I do not appreciate the rude treatment I was given today. My order was also incorrect and cold
