I've been go... read more Great location and a really nice atmosphere. That would be worth 5 stars. However, there are significant drawbacks in the core business: cocktails. I've been going to the Enchilada chain for about 20 years now in various cities. Not only here in Minden, but also at other locations, the quality is declining. Cocktails are getting smaller and contain MORE ICE than other liquids. It used to be better (unfortunately, that's the way it is – I wish I didn't have to say that). I'm seriously considering spending my money elsewhere soon. It's a shame – I've had many good memories in your cocktail bars. All the best

Both the food and drinks are delicious and are comple... read more A great, trendy restaurant in the heart of Minden, which only the service holds back from a 5-star rating. Both the food and drinks are delicious and are complemented by the great ambiance. The service, however, leaves much to be desired and therefore doesn't do this restaurant justice. A prime example of this was the remark of a young, curly-haired waiter who dropped a few accompanying fries while serving the dish, which is perfectly normal and harmless. The subsequent comment that we should still eat them, since the table had been freshly cleaned anyway, I find very inappropriate and has no place in professional service. Nevertheless, the restaurant is definitely worth recommending. Best regards, Udo
