Previously (as in 2014 until the end of 2016) we were more and more than satisfied with eating in the bone, but both the "offering and picking up from work in t... read more Previously (as in 2014 until the end of 2016) we were more and more than satisfied with eating in the bone, but both the "offering and picking up from work in the middle of the day" and the evening meal on 04.02.17 were more likely due to falling quality. in the januar I had picked up a Rumpsteak salad for the lunch break together with colleagues and got pretty tough meat (a few weeks later the same salat was with colleagues however also as good as usual). but the mentioned dinner led to a left-over meal, because it just didn't taste it.I hope, dear Knolle team, you get that back in the grip, you have always been our first start for eating with visit!

From the initial contact and... read more My retirement celebration was to be held in Minden, and the Knolle restaurant was recommended to me. And rightly so. I 'm thrilled. From the initial contact and the arrangements to the execution of the celebration itself, everything was top-notch. Always friendly, polite, and accommodating. The ambiance is charming, the food delicious, and the service simply outstanding. I 've never experienced a buffet being explained to me before, my guests remarked. I 'm used to that – from four-star hotels! When I announced upon arrival that we 'd be staying until 10 p.m., it wasn 't a problem at all. They served us with smiles right up until the very end, around 1 a.m. The icing on the cake came with the bill. We had booked for 35 people, but only 31 showed up. And the buffet was only charged for those 31. I 've never experienced anything like it. Thank you, Knolle team. You also played a part in making it an unforgettable evening for me.
