I love Burger King but this Burger King is the last one in Minden. Food is cold and a burger is forgotten. Staff is unfriendly. Poorly trained employees. I ordered a chicken burger and got a cheeseburger. I reported it to the employee and he replied that it was my order. Unfortunately, I... read more Poorly trained employees. I ordered a chicken burger and got a cheeseburger. I reported it to the employee and he replied that it was my order. Unfortunately, I didn't pick up the receipt and we starved to death. I didn't want to stress myself out about the big belly, but it definitely deserved a review. I clarified the language with his hometown, apparently he saw it as a weakness and thought that nothing would come of it. You have to have respect for customers and a customer is always king.
