The fried food such as the shrimp is apparently at the perfect temperature of the grease and time period because it is golden brown camera and not greasy. That means it was snap fried. Also the burgers are great and they're jalapeno bun are the best. Sure some of the folks that have been employee here Tom were sort of rough but we live in the country folks.
