I was really disappointed to find that they never have the baked potatoes available, even though it's listed on the menu! If they can't serve it, they should just remove it from the menu. They claim to cook it all day every day, but then they have the audacity to say it will take 20 minutes when it actually takes an hour! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
1) Although there is an "open" sign, the lobby is closed to customers. 2) The staff member at the first drive-thru window was not very polite. 3) My dining experience was disappointing, primarily because she was impatient and pressured me to change my order.

Wendy got my order wrong twice from the regular menu, so I won't be going back there again.
I ordered the Baconator on lettuce, but there was no bacon, and it clearly had junior patties instead of the full-size ones. It was only about four bites for nearly $9... ridiculous!
The Sausage, Egg, and Swiss Croissant Combo and the Bacon, Egg, and Swiss Croissant were both excellent. The coffee was hot and enjoyable. Although my cream spilled a bit in the bag, overall it was a pleasant experience.
