We only had to wait 3 or 4 minutes before our order was taken, and the woman said I'm sorry for your waiting before she took order. I thought it was polite. I thought they were for help. Then after we got behind 1 or 2 customers as soon as we came to the window, it took only 2 to 3 minutes to pay and get our chicken. Chicken was good, much better than some I had in other places. Two chicken sandwiches were undercooked. The service was absolutely terrible; the staff seemed more interested in sitting on their phones than actually doing their jobs. View all feedback.
I ordered biscuits, potatoes, and tea to accompany my dinner. Unfortunately, the 1/2 gallon of Cane Sweet Iced Tea tasted more like sugar water, as it was only lightly flavored with tea. However, the biscuits and large mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy were quite delicious.
I have to say that the wings and everything else were incredibly tasty!
Everything was exactly as requested. I ordered the spicy 5-piece handcrafted tenders dinner.

The food was good, and the service was satisfactory. However, what prevented me from giving a 5-star rating was that all of the staff, including the manager, spoke so loudly that my party couldn't have a conversation. It felt very rude and inconsiderate to us and the other guests trying to enjoy their dinner.
