Not the best Indian/Nepali food you can get in Shinagawa station. The price is also very high. They can accept credit card or cash. But just not worth the trouble of going from Shinagawa station. I stopped in at Devi for a late lunch. The people there are so nice. I was seated immediately and cool water and menu was offered. I ordered the Onion Bhaji which came with two yummy chutney sauces, Garlic Naan super tasty and so fresh right out of the Tandoori oven with Saffron Rice delicate and delicious and the Saag Paneer wonderful cottage cheese and the sauce was so tasty. Small cozy place on the ground floor but they do have another floor on top. Staff said meat they use is halal, not sure how true. Food was ok. Service was good.
