Left a phone message during the week to book dinner for two on Saturday Nov. Got a return call quickly from a very pleasant, helpful lady. Really nice decor, atmosphere and especially staff. Covid checks on entry and the tables are well spaced. My ribeye steak was more rare than the medium I asked for but it was delicious so I didn't feel the need to say anything. The quality of the food has unfortunately declined significantly. We felt unwell after leaving. We used to love coming here regularly over the years, but sadly this will be our last visit. The bread was stale (both the brown and sundried tomato varieties). Our water glass was dirty. The burger was burnt on the outside, and the chicken had a rubbery texture. Beautiful food, I had 2 starters instead of a main. The goats cheese croquette and chicken wings. The salad with the Goats cheese was beautiful and fresh. Great choices for the children too. Went out to the Overdraught last Friday as a group of 10 to celebrate Thanksgiving, food was fantastic and plentiful, staff were attentive and very courteous , highly recommend the place.
Visited there lately, the food was fabulous. And the portions were very generous. Too generous for me. I highly recommend the Overdraught. It deserves our support to keep it in the community.
