However I came back the next day to complain and the lady there made me a new large meal. That meal was reallyreally good. I didn't like the bad order, but I liked the lady that helped me the next day by making it right.

I opened the... read more My experience at Wingstop was horrendous!!! First of all, I waited an hour for my food. Secondly, when I received it my bag was filled with grease. I opened the order to inspect it and I was disappointed!!! I ordered the Louisiana Cajun Rub and Parmesan Garlic. If you look at the pictures you can't decipher one from another. THE ROLLS were cold and hard. This was the location on 76th and Good Hope. I will NOT be returning!!!

By the time I... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant last night. While the cashier was friendly, I ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour for my order. By the time I got home, the food was cold because it had been sitting out for so long. To make matters worse, I found that I received 20 incorrect wings out of the 40 I ordered—20 bone-in and 20 boneless. When I called the general manager to address the issue, she asked me to come back with my receipt. However, when I arrived, she insisted that I also bring back the food, which she had not mentioned during our phone conversation. The GM was quite rude and insisted that I drive back home to retrieve the food, despite my offer to FaceTime my parents to show her the mistake. I would have had to wait another 10-15 minutes for her to resolve the issue. Overall, the customer service was appalling, and the food was disappointing. The dry rub tasted like it had been mixed with water or something else. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The employee at the counter, who had been listening to music through his headphones, asked the customer to repeat his order because he couldn't hear him. After taking off his headphones, he yelled at the customer to speak louder. Unfortunately, this level of absurdity persisted throughout my visit to the restaurant. To make matters worse, when I got home, my wings were undercooked, even though I had specifically asked for them to be extra crispy. Just as I was about to throw them away, I remembered I had an air fryer. Overall, I believe this place should be shut down.
