The restaurant in question has received mixed reviews from patrons, with some expressing dissatisfaction with the atmosphere, service, and wait times for food. Some customers were disappointed with the lack of attention from servers and slow service during their visits. Others, however, praised the food quality and variety offered, particularly the tapas-style plates. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential, but improvements in service and ambiance are needed to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

I wish the atmosphere was better. Just too stark . Why not have a candle light on each table- fake or real? Above all the bathrooms were substandard and dark. . One stall didn't even work. Very small area at the sink. It made me feel I was in a substandard restaurant. Service was great and the food very good but not excellent.

I had a very nice experience at SWIG. The staff was very attentive, helpful with suggestions from the menu and pleasant. The food was very well prepared with good size proportions. The restaurant seemed to fit the atmosphere of the Third Ward. Overall, a very nice experience.

Food was cold, was given a discount but didn’t make up for the experience.

The dinner was very good, although it needed a little extra soy sauce. The server was alright. Not the most attentive throughout the meal. It was my friend's birthday and I thought she should have brought out dessert with a candle as I saw another server do. But when my friend ordered coffee after dinner, she said it was on her. The atmosphere was fun as we sat by a table by the window.
