Visited by winnipeg and this restaurant was convenient to our hotel. beautiful place in a great location. sat on the tables outside and our server was great! had her black pancake, which was a blend of sweet and spicy! poblano paprika, Zilantro cream, Chipotle-Beet-Glaze, and a ei to complete it! beautiful plate and a burst of the aromen.
This is one of my favorite go-to restaurants. but the last few paintings I visited was eating only moderately and the service was absolutely terrible. there was only one handful of people and it took forever to sit, a waiter to come to the table when we sat. I asked for lemons for my water and the waiter brought them into a wet serviette, ugh! to make something worse, we waited for over 45 minutes until our escape arrived at lunchtime. we have gone to an end. if they don't mind a bad service and a long wait time, then check them swig. I hope it improves because the menu is great.
Great little teller. swig is a noisy. there was never a bad experience and was there 10-15 times. awesome natural infused wodkas and rums. eating is a 9 out of 10. salmon tower is my favorite small plate throughout the city.
I wish the atmosphere was better. Just too stark . Why not have a candle light on each table- fake or real? Above all the bathrooms were substandard and dark. . One stall didn't even work. Very small area at the sink. It made me feel I was in a substandard restaurant. Service was great and the food very good but not excellent.
Too bad it's closing was a great spot in the third ward
