the order and advance payment for a mother's day cheesecake was a brise and the cake was delicious! customer service was top-notch, the person who took my order was polite, offered me options available, and the opportunity to pay that quickly pick up. parking in front of the business is not great, but this is mainly due to road construction and the weekend of celebration, otherwise it would have been more convenient.... I took my sonish widmungskuchen today and was very disappointed. a gray cake for a dedication. also not even in my hour long entertainment I mentioned any kind of blue. my cake was fully paid before picking up, so of course the administration was not concerned about asking themselves whether it was ok or excused for the chaos. the young lady who helped me was apologised and treated the situation she could not do much... Simma's cheesecake is absolutely the best, no competition! We ordered one for my daughter's wedding, and it was so good that not a single slice was left. Even the waitstaff at the venue inquired about where we got it, as it was the most stunning cake they'd ever presented! Since the groom is a fan of carrot cake, I also ordered a smaller one for him and anyone else who enjoys it. There were only a couple of slices remaining from that cake. I really hope our waitstaff had the chance to enjoy it!
The chocolate and raspberry cake is excellent. You definitely have to try the Parisian!
I ordered the gluten-free version of their cheesecake last week, and I’m really thankful that they offer it. I picked it up on Wednesday, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I really enjoyed the flavor of the cheesecake, but it was quite lumpy and grainy rather than smooth. I'm not sure if this is the typical texture for Simma’s or if something went wrong during the baking process.
Best bakery in Milwaukee! My family has been ordering Simma's cheesecakes for years. We even get requests from relatives who live out of town to bring a cheesecake when we visit, because they're simply that amazing. I've also sampled a variety of other items from the bakery, and I've never been let down. The morning buns are exceptional, especially when you enjoy them fresh and warm in the morning. If you're in search of something truly special, Simma's is definitely the place to go.
Simmas is the best place in Milwaukee for cheesecake! They created our wedding cake, and it was fantastic.
