Okay the other reviews are a little deceiving. This is not so much a restaurant but a little lunch room in a building. Just painting a picture. That said, the sandwiches do not disappoint, quality, taste, composition are very good. Both of us ate half and had the other half for dinner that night. Great staff (person) too, friendly and sweet. This restaurant is the perfect place for lunch if you work in the area! But the best recommendation I have is for Richard's Cafe for my wedding rehearsal dinner. They catered our dinner at Great Lakes Distillery and everyone is still talking about how delicious the food was! Despite our difficult request, they graciously prepared a traditional Milwaukee Fish Fry using GLD's deep fryer. The fried cod, homemade potato pancakes, coleslaw, and Caesar salad were all phenomenal! They were easy to work with and very accommodating.
Quality ingredients make for delicious sandwiches. HIGHLY recommend.
Very tasty, great service. beautiful little place, but hard to find if it is their first visit. very pleasant lunch during my visit to milwaukee.
