The owner previously worked for the owner of Schlotzky's Deli before taking over and adding a Mexican food menu alongside the deli offerings. Everything is incredibly fresh. At just $13.00 for the chicken enchiladas dinner, it’s an excellent value. You get two large enchiladas served with rice and beans, generous portions of sour cream, guacamole, and fresh lettuce, which can easily feed two people or one very hungry person. The restaurant is also a clean, family-run business. Ditch Taco Bell and choose Ray's Cafe instead!

The owner previously worked for the owner of Schlotzsky's Deli before taking over and has successfully added a Mexican food menu to the deli offerings. Everything is incredibly fresh. At $13.00 for the chicken enchiladas dinner, it's an excellent value.
