I was g... read more If I could give them a negative star I would. I ordered a large pizza and 2 bottle sodas. I get there, the place is not busy and no customers are there. I was given my order, I get home to find out I was only given one soda. I call SEVERAL times and placedon lengthy holds (again they weren 't busy)...I finally get through and I 'm told that they can 't give a refund but that theywould text me a gift card. Wow!! I get a text a WEEK later with a link to a Dominoe 's gift card. I text back and asked thatsomeone actually CALL me...I get a text back asking what can I help you with? How unprofessional! I let them know that thiswas not an appropriate way to reach an unhappy customer and that it was laughable that they ASSUMED I 'd EVER want to patronizethis business again by offering a DOMINOE 'S gift card. I WANTED MY MONEY the same way I GAVE IT TO YOU! Never again!!

The first time I ordered a thin crust pizza with extra sauce with pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Sausage was put on my pizza. The second time I ordered the samething but my pizza had hand tossed crust instead of thin like I ordered. Someone isn't paying attention to theorders! UPDATE: SOMEONE FROM THE STORE GAVE ME A TEN DOLLAR GIFT CARD. THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME MORE SINCE MY LAST TWO ORDERSWERE MORE THAN TEN DOLLARS!

I placed an order, it showed up an hour late and room temperature at best. Thanks for giving me the privilege of turning my money into garbage. Even worse was their customer service. I tried to call to resolve and was put on hold and thenhung up twice before reaching someone. I finally asked for a refund and was told they don?t do that. My company does tons ofevents and usually we order Dominos but that will not be happening again.

My 37-47 minute delivery order took over an hour, which I would've been okay with if it wasn't for the fact that my order had been quality checked for 45 minutes. Once the delivery driver got here, he wasmissing an item and I have currently been waiting 35 minutes for it to be redelivered. Just awful service.
