In my recent orders, I have experienced food poisoning, moldy lettuce in my salad, receiving the entire butt of the lettuce in my salad, and deliveries taking over two hours. This location consistently falls short of expectations. If you enjoy Panera, I recommend saving your money and visiting a different location because this one is not worth it.

Only complaint is that the employees occasionally forget to pack something you've ordered, so Irecommend checking the bag before you leave the restaurant.

The service has always been pretty great, but the cleanliness of the dining room is hit or miss I went to grab some pepper packets and got my hand covered in something stickyand cold. I'm sure it's because they're usually busy and I can't be mad about it just look before you grab!
