Went and bought two plates. The restaurant was busy with lobby orders as well as delivery pick ups. An Asian woman took our order and then put the to go contain... read more Went and bought two plates. The restaurant was busy with lobby orders as well as delivery pick ups. An Asian woman took our order and then put the to go containers stacked up by the register and walked away to attend to a phone call. I tried to call her to ring us up and she mumbled something and walked away. I tried to get the Hispanic female working the drive thru to help us since she was finishing the order for the people behind us and she didn’t care either. No one was at the register. Then the people behind us got their order completed and food was also stacked behind ours. We couldn’t get any employee to check us out so we could leave and eat our food at home. It sat getting cold. Finally a female employee came from the back since I waved to her and rang us up. I was ok to wait when we got there because it was understandably busy but to wait after my order was taken for almost ten minutes and watch the food stacked up was unacceptable. ONLY applies to 27th St location.
