Terrible customer service at this location. We ordered our meal online. When we went to pick it up ..the girl thought we were doordash saying we have to cancel the order because they were out of an item. Both of the workers didn't understand that weplaced the order online thru that specific store. When we asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it that we had tocall doordash. At that point I asked for their general managers number or corporate to which they said they didn't know. I hadto ask them look for it. They gave us the stores number but didn't provide the GM's name. One of the workers was frustratedsaying she has the other customers screaming in her ear. Please retrain these employees on customer service and basic knowledgeof who to contact when there is an issue. We had to leave without a refund. I had to google corporate to be able to get arefund. Overall just a big inconvenience. I'm still hungry and upset with the whole interaction.

I ordered chicken tenders and they couldn't get them right! They were old and cold! Never again! 4 tenders for $10.00. The colonel can kick ???? !

Latest visit: I've had ongoing issues with this KFC, so this will be my last order from here. The online menu states that the 8-piece fill-up includes 3 large sides—2 mashed potatoes and 1 coleslaw. I've ordered this fill-up many times before, both online and in person, and it has ALWAYS come with 3 large sides. Today, I went in and ordered the 8-piece fill-up but only received 2 large sides. I was told it only comes with 2 sides and that the online menu differs from the in-store menu. Strange. Also, the receipt labeled it as an 8-piece meal, which is a different menu option with just 2 sides but costs the same as the fill-up. I also paid an extra $1 for all dark meat but was given a mix of dark and white meat. So, I essentially overpaid $1 for the wrong meat and was short one large side worth $4.99. I'm done with KFC—they can’t get simple orders right. Previous visit: I specifically ordered the Side Lovers Meal (a digital-only special) instead of the regular 8-piece meal so I could choose any 3 large sides. I ordered 2 coleslaw and 1 mashed potatoes but when I got home, I only received 1 coleslaw instead of 2. Very disappointing since coleslaw is our favorite part and the main reason I chose the Side Lovers Meal. Returning to the store would have been a 20-minute drive, and with gas prices so high, it wasn’t worth it. At least the chicken this time was okay—not dry or inedible like before. The drive-thru staff was pleasant and friendly, but they still couldn’t fulfill my simple order correctly. Update: I contacted KFC through their website, and they offered a $5 refund, which is better than nothing. A large side costs $4.99 plus tax, but honestly, I would have preferred just getting my order right the first time.

I love this KFC the most! The staff are amazing and wonderful. Every time I visit this location, the food is always fresh and hot. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Kudos to the GM for doing an outstanding job—please keep up the great work. The overall customer service is fantastic!

KFC was dirty, and the food was just mediocre, which is disappointing since it should be better. The service was unacceptable. They need to close and reopen with staff who genuinely care about their customers and the menu!
