Kfc - Milwaukee

I have gotten the wrong order twice and can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I can?t drive there because I had a surgery that doesn?t allow me to drive. It?s been 5 days of me calling with no answer. That?s CRAZY. What is management doing? Employees?? Are they THAT busy?

I like the KFC on North Ave. Wauwatosa the chicken is always fresh and juicy and pretty fast service

I ordered food through DoorDash while my daughter was in the children's hospital for spinal fusion surgery. I requested a simple meal, but only received half of what I ordered, and most of the items I did get were incorrect. By the time I realized this, the restaurant had closed, so I couldn't even call to complain.

I ordered online and went to the store, only to find out that my order was missing everything I had requested. The staff was not very helpful when I asked for a refund, and I still haven't received it.
