The service at the window was excellent, and the meal was perfectly hot when we got home. What User dislikes about Kfc:
The food is inconsistent, especially when it comes to chicken. How can a fried chicken chain not serve chicken? I went through the drive-thru when it wasn't busy—there was only one other car—and I was immediately met with unhelpful service from the staff as I tried to place my order. This location needs new management or should really consider closing down. It was a terrible experience. View all feedback.

Ahhh..I have tried but the service and quality are no longer there. Sad as it probably won't be back. Bought strips the size of my baby finger..not breaded well and much to costly. Will make my own at home. Signs not up with prices

The food was excellent, as usual. However, I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and the woman at the window initially came off as a bit confrontational. Fortunately, she was actually very nice when I got to the window, so I decided to overlook that. Once I got home, I thought, "Wow, this is delicious!"But then I realized I didn't get a fork for my coleslaw. It turns out they didn’t give me the coleslaw either! So it looks like I lost this round, grumpy drive-thru lady. You win!
