Kfc - Milwaukee

I stopped by to pick up a DoorDash order at this restaurant. The wait was not great, but while I was waiting, I noticed the manager ensuring that his staff were following proper order preparation and sanitation procedures. It was great to see someone accountable and responsible for their team. Keep up the good work, young man.

As a construction worker, my truck is too big for the drive-through at this restaurant. I tried walking up once before in May, but I won't do it again. Unfortunately, the lobby is closed as well. This experience has left me disappointed and I won't be returning.

The restaurant does not open at 11 AM as advertised on their door. They do not open their dining room, despite also advertising it on Google. Customers are only allowed to use the drive-thru, even though they are expected to drive home to eat their food, which may be cold by the time they arrive. Additionally, my order was missing the coleslaw I requested. I will not be returning to this location due to their incompetence.

Haven't been in years but since I came back food was good and biscuits was so fluffy and not hard like other restaurants

I noticed an improvement in the service compared to my previous visit. The staff was prompt and my order was accurate.
