Claimed they were closed at 9 but their doors and website said 10pm. Told them their website says 10 and their response was “it’s not updated yet”. but I see another review 3 MONTHS AGO saying that the workers said the same thing. Someone needs to do something about this and whatever their closing time is.

Furthermore, they collected everyone's money but made us wait 30 minutes for our food. I would strongly advise avoiding this restaurant.

Despite advertising their dining room on Google, it remains closed, forcing customers to use the drive-thru instead. This means patrons have to drive home to eat their food, which may end up cold by the time they get there. Furthermore, my order was missing the coleslaw I had requested. Due to this lack of efficiency, I will not be returning to this location.

The sides complem... read more I recently visited the Lover’s Lane KFC and was pleasantly surprised. The crispy fried chicken was flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The sides complemented the meal nicely—the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, and although the corn was slightly overcooked, a bit of extra seasoning made it enjoyable. The biscuits were soft and fluffy. The service was prompt and friendly; the staff courteously informed us upfront that there would be a 15-20 minute wait for fresh chicken, as there were five orders ahead. We ordered the 12-piece meal and only waited 10-12 minutes. The manager checked to ensure we had everything, which made the experience even better. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. They’ve definitely improved this location. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend KFC to anyone craving local fried chicken. Five stars! (The night shift team on 01/30/24 was fantastic.)
