I look at the thigh and think probably piece of cartilage. Pick it up and realize it's a feather! Take it back and they offer meanother piece of chicken. There is no way I want a piece of chicken after seeing that! The manager acts like a normal thing. Nobig deal. I wanted a refund. Nope. Terrible customer service. He wants to know what he can give me instead. I say biscuits. Atleast maybe no feathers in biscuits. I hope. Anyway the box is sitting on the floor next to garbage. I honestly don't think Icould ever eat anything kfc again. Maybe I can break them up tomorrow and see if the seagulls want them. I will call theircorporate office tomorrow. Crazy day! The only plausible explanation is they must individually catch chickens free ranging all over the city for each meal. It will honestly bequicker to watch a YouTube video and learn how to fry your own chicken. Don't go here.
