Description
Recent reviews for a local KFC restaurant paint a mixed picture of the dining experience. Some customers have complained about long wait times, missing items in orders, and unprofessional behavior by staff. One customer was frustrated by the drive-thru being out of certain drink options, while another mentioned being asked to leave the dining area despite being allowed to stay. However, not all reviews were negative, with one customer praising the efficiency of the staff despite a long wait time. Overall, it seems that the restaurant may have some issues with consistency and customer service that need to be addressed.

There was a feather sticking out of chicken thigh! I ordered a 2 piece meal. I'm eating the chicken leg, mashed potatoes. I look at the thigh and think probably piece of cartilage. Pick it up and realize it's a feather! Take it back and they offer meanother piece of chicken. There is no way I want a piece of chicken after seeing that! The manager acts like a normal thing. Nobig deal. I wanted a refund. Nope. Terrible customer service. He wants to know what he can give me instead. I say biscuits. Atleast maybe no feathers in biscuits. I hope. Anyway the box is sitting on the floor next to garbage. I honestly don't think Icould ever eat anything kfc again. Maybe I can break them up tomorrow and see if the seagulls want them. I will call theircorporate office tomorrow. Crazy day! Is that normal to have feather in cooked chicken? They have a sign in their storeexplaining how they prepare their chicken. The first line says they wash the chicken! I don't think so.
If you are interested in seeing just how slow a fast food restaurant can be run, this is your chance. It's unreal. The only plausible explanation is they must individually catch chickens free ranging all over the city for each meal. It will honestly bequicker to watch a YouTube video and learn how to fry your own chicken. Don't go here.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The mashed potatoes were incredibly runny, almost like tomato juice—I'm not exaggerating. I ordered the famous chicken bowl in the drive-thru, and the girl taking my order was unnecessarily rude. When I received my bowl, the potatoes were still watery, and I could actually count the corn kernels—there were only 13. The small amount of chicken included was decent, though. On the positive side, the restaurant looks great, both inside and out; I had to go inside to place my order because of the poor service in the drive-thru. I’ve never written such a negative review before, but I felt really let down. This place was recently remodeled and looks fantastic, so I’ll give them credit for that. Overall, I was very disappointed.
I ordered Famous Bowls on two separate occasions, and both times they were poorly prepared. I've decided to stop visiting the restaurant after it was remodeled, especially since they closed without any explanation or updates on when they would reopen. They really need to improve their management.
First of all, I want to apologize for how I reacted out of frustration. When I called the restaurant for the second time—after they had picked up and then hung up without speaking to me—the manager wouldn’t let me express my concerns. I had initially ordered the original crispy dish, but since they didn’t have coleslaw, I chose something else instead. However, I had also paid for a chicken pot pie that I never received. When I called to address this, they just told me to bring back the chicken, but I was trying to explain that I wanted to reschedule my order for the pot pie. The manager kept interrupting me, and I couldn’t get my point across. By that time, my grandkids had already started their meal, and I really didn’t want to go out again.
