Service is bad. Not really sure how this place is still in business. It?s a little difficult to get to as well off 27th. The area is kind of shady and run down. I won?t waste your time getting donuts here. There is a grocery storeacross the street with a bakery much better selection.

I ordered an iced chai and a bagel with cream cheese, only to find steel wool in my drink on the first sip. The bagel tasted like chemicals and made my tongue go numb. When I tried to call the store, the number was always busy. I called nine times from two different phones. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I will be contacting corporate and the health department. I will never return to this Dunkin' Donuts and hope it gets shut down.

Only one driveway the road has many potholes and the lot itself is baracaded with parking blocks so be careful. The drive thru is a single lane, so be sure to order correctly and not be in a rush, or you'll be stuck if anything goes wrong.
