Got our order wrong. Was in a hurry so couldn't redress issue. Lazily frosted donuts.
It's a bit hard to get in and out of this parking lot. Only one driveway the road has many potholes and the lot itself is baracaded with parking blocks so be careful. The drive thru is a single lane, so be sure to order correctly and not be in a rush, or you'll be stuck if anything goes wrong.
Needed a recharge on a trip. This was handy, right by the highway. However, hard to get in and out of to go, lessee, west? Whatever. To turn right and get on the highway to the right, not bad.Got the new salted caramel cold brew. Refreshing. Pretty big. Also got a chorizo wrap thing. On first glance, hard to guess it was food. Squarish, strange machined pattern on the tortilla. Decent though- sausagy and cheesy. Not as messy as I'd feared for being road food. Sustenance till next stop.Decent service and prices.
At Dunkin', it seems making the Caramel Craze drink can be tricky for the staff. They first served it in the wrong cup, and only after I reminded them did they correct it. Furthermore, they only topped it with whipped cream, completely missing the cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle that are listed on the menu. When you're paying $6 for a drink, you expect it to be made properly.
The staff this morning were exceptionally friendly and wonderful, making my birthday celebration begin on a perfect note. I left feeling genuinely joyful and couldn’t stop smiling. They truly deserve all the best. I highly recommend this place, 10/10!
