The meat is always delicious and fresh, and they even give you the choice of lean, fatty, or a mix of both.

What a lovely restaurant! I love the atmosphere, bbq decor, and how the whole restaurant focused on bbq, down to the bathroom. The service was lovely! We had a nice size group, and they didn't get any of our orders wrong, and they worked very hard. The food was amazing! The food was modern and innovative, which shows their appreciation for bbq. Also, the portion sizes are great, no baby food! All in all, DOC's Commerce Smokehouse is a lovely delicious restaurant!Vegetarian options: Unless you're coming for a salad or sides, DOC's is probably not the best for vegetarian meals.Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu is so great. They can color and pick their food right from the coloring/kids menu! Kids are welcomed.Parking: Theirs alot of construction around the restaurant. There was street parking, but it was best to secure parking in the area and walk around downtown Milwaukee.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessibility at DOC's. Nice size restaurant.
