Had options of 5 choses, none of which was my cup of tea.

Maybe I just came on an off-night but my food was literally... read more Man, this place has really gone downhill. I remember when this was one of the best BBQ spots in MKE. Maybe I just came on an off-night but my food was literally inedible. I have eaten lean brisket my entire life so I know what it's supposed to tastelike. What I got in my order was closer to beef jerky than a moist piece of brisket. The Texas fries were thrown together sohastily it looked like something I would feed my dog. The wings were nothing to write home about either. Cold, bland, dry, justnot good. I really hope management reads these comments because what you're doing is not it anymore. Oh and the icing on thecake is that it was over $70 for what you see in the picture.

We had them to cater our gathering last week and the barbecue, bakes beans, mac cheese, buns and yes brisket was delicious. Oh yeah did I forget those pickles...just tasty. Now I wanted to give specialrecognition to our servers Matthew and Nora.. we 'd met Nora when we went to Doc 's to taste their food.and Nora was our waitress.She is so delightful. I love her smile and her I got it personality. So we asked for her to be present for our VIP event.Excellent service
