The salad had begun to turn brown thirst, was used on the crab cake. Lettuce was the side salad a better side could be chosen for the page. The package they put together had no $40 value.
The food was well-portioned for small plates, and the variety was excellent. However, every item we ordered out of the six was quite salty. The drinks were enjoyable, but when we requested something off the menu, like a lemon martini, the staff said they didn’t know how to make it.
The restaurant wasn't very busy due to the foggy, chilly evening, which likely contributed to the excellent service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the menu offered a fascinating variety of options. Prices were quite reasonable, making it a great overall value.
Brad, the manager, and his team were incredibly accommodating, offering excellent service and delicious food. Be sure to try the Argentinean steak and the poutine before you go—both are outstanding!
