Came back the next day with reciept they told me nothing they could do should have said something the day of. Which at the time feeding the kids and whatever else thatis going on after dinner never crossed my mind to do so immediately. What was wrong with the next day. On top of them tellingme... now it's just a different team on this shift so I really don't know anybody that would talk to you anyway. Even with areceipt showing I ordered it. The time before they forgot a strawberry shake, I didn't have the receipt showing the order sonothing they could do for me. Now I have receipt and still have some kind of BS to deal with. So I paid for something and have areceipt showing it and still don't get anything done by anyone. Poor customer service. Tried calling and nobody answers. It's ajoke at this location.

Neither of my... read more I’m conflicted about whether to give this place 2 or 3 stars. The cashier was okay, but my burger was only lukewarm, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Neither of my shakes, a vanilla and a root beer float, impressed me at all. To top it off, the person who made my shakes didn't inform the cashier when they were ready, so I ended up waiting. There’s definitely room for improvement.

I ordered through the drive-thru, but of course, they didn't include all my items, so I went inside to resolve it. I wasn't greeted at all, and the cashier was as cold as ice! She completely ignored my presence, despite the manager standing right next to her at the register. Once I finally got her attention, she didn't apologize and made me feel like it was my fault for receiving only half my order. She handed me the rest of my food, and when I thanked her, she once again looked past me and said nothing! How rude! I work at a clinic right across the street, and every time my coworkers visit Culver's, there's always an issue. The owner really needs to take action and improve the situation!

I also ordered a malt, but it wasn’t even close to what I expected. I didn’t want to waste time asking them to remake it, as I wasn’t confident it would turn out any better. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience definitely warranted one. This location is poorly managed.
