I waited for 10 minutes while the cashier looked at me five times and the pickup crew in the back glanced at me twice, but no one said anything. Since my order was ready and already prepaid, I took it myself. However, the staff informed me that I couldn’t do that. The purpose of pickup is to grab your food quickly, especially when it's ready and prepaid. They really need to improve their customer service. Unfortunately, my food was cold by the time I received it due to the wait. I won’t be returning; the staff was very rude.
