Chipotle Mexican Grill - Milwaukee
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Description
At this Chipotle location, customers have expressed significant dissatisfaction with their dining experience. Many note the stingy portion sizes, particularly of meat, leading to an overall feeling of disappointment. The food has been described as bland and lacking flavor, which is surprising for a brand known for its bold tastes. Service has also drawn criticism, with reports of rude staff and rushed interactions, further exacerbating the negative experience. Despite some evidence of positive service, the prevailing sentiment indicates that this restaurant falls short of the standards set by its counterparts, leaving customers unlikely to return for a future meal.

Vegan sofritas burrito (or burrito bowl), mmmm! With black beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, and salsa, this is an awesome vegan fast-food option.
I ordered online for pickup and went to the designated shelf to collect my meal. I waited for 10 minutes while the cashier looked at me five times and the pickup crew in the back glanced at me twice, but no one said anything. Since my order was ready and already prepaid, I took it myself. However, the staff informed me that I couldn’t do that. The purpose of pickup is to grab your food quickly, especially when it's ready and prepaid. They really need to improve their customer service. Unfortunately, my food was cold by the time I received it due to the wait. I won’t be returning; the staff was very rude.
The only reason for 1 star is the fact that they short you on meat every time. No other Chipotle I've been to is as skimpy as this place. I remember when they used to give people 2 big scoops of meat now it's a small 1
It's pretty hard to miss me with Chipotle. I've been a fan from where I am from for years on end. It only requires a customer who knows what they want, a prep person willing to listen and execute right in front you and a decent attitude. Both my wife and I were unpleasantly disappointed by the food, the lack of instructions to be followed per the paying client, the slick upcharge as the higher dish in full on a half and half bowl, down to the inability to even provide salt or pepper to help stomach the taste of poorly marinated meats and vegetable toppings. Luckily, I'm just visiting this location and don't live close, as I wouldn't even be a Chipotle fan had this been my experience. The only pleasant part was the sound track playing which helped me to thumb text this inspired review.
