Cafe Zarletti - Milwaukee

We had a special anniversary here yesterday. Right at the bar on Monday at 800p. We were greeted with Prosecco. Maddie (sp? took care of us and did a great job! We shared the Antinori 2020 Bolgheri Rosso, a bottle of Pellegrino and the Calamari ripieni. Bread with a plate made of oil/Parmesan/season is provided. The bread is great. We had two small loaves. For our main course we had the pollen salt imbocca (with asparagus and Ossobuco). I have one side of the Gorgonzola potatoes to try for us. Maddie was very attentive and she made our experience unforgettable. We ended with dessert (banana semi freddo and some limoncello. This was my first time here and considering the level of service and quality of food I will be back and recommend to others.

Total fantastic experience. Cocktails are properly prepared, which seems like a great task for many MKE facilities. Food is authentic and delicious. Servers know what they're talking about and we'll be fed in the menu. I'll be back soon!

Zarletti was excellent. As a bit of an Italian aficionado I recommend Zarletti. The food was excellent; the upper echelon quality available for the Italian food to the Milwaukee area. Limited options as they should be. Change menu that remains seasonal. Amazing ingredients. Salads and appetizers were excellent. Pasta dishes were very true for Italian tradition, some with slightly admissible supplements. Secondi was very well prepared. Drink menu covers all bases and drinks were well prepared. Service was exquisite; friendly, knowledgeable, go beyond and beyond to offer a pleasant experience. An expensive and upscale atmosphere that is appropriate until tonight and special occasions. Make a reservation and dress good. Enjoy!

Such a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic and everyone was very polite. The cocktails were so delicious. And the food was top notch. We got the Bruschetta and Rinderbolognese and swallowed them both. It was our anniversary so that a server got us glasses of wine while waiting for our table. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Dinner here last night was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in Milwaukee. My girlfriend and I were promptly seated at the bar where Bryan went above and beyond through every stage of our meal. The passion and expertise was abundantly clear in the wine list and carried on through appetizers, main course and digestifs. The wine was superb and we appreciated the thoughtful meal pairing recommendations as well as the background/sourcing information on everything we tried. We bought a beautiful bottle to hold us over until our (already highly-anticipated) return.
