Bella Italiana at Potawatomi Bingo Casino

The food was dry, shriveled, small portions, freezer burned, under and over cooked, microwaved, took over an hour to receive when it wasn 't even busy, presentation was awful, and simply not decent on any level. We ordered appetizers and pasta. Spoke to the manager who was kind enough to cover the bill but she had to based on how poorly everything was prepared and presented. Very disappointed after I was told they had fantastic food. The host even said to us and I quote when we asked him how he was doin, Oh living the dream having to be here everyday. Many red flags from start to finish. The casino should be ashamed to have this restaurant up and running. I can 't even imagine how the kitchen looks with cleanliness, FIFO process and so on. The manager mentioned they didn 't microwave their food but it had the look and smell of it. Not rocket science. After 1 1/2 hours of the manager redoing our food and the same result we left. We actually went to Rubyi, another restuarant in the casino. Which I would highly recommend to anyone, absolutely fantastic.

We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. There were 6 of us. We all had a great dining experience. We will definately eat there again!

Very good Italian dinner with excellent attentive service! Great price point for dinner special three courses for $18. Reservation was during happy hour, so drinks were only $3. Win win!

Our experience was fantastic! It was quiet, relaxing, and very nice. The staff from checking in to eat to service at our table was exceptional. Food was great for the price. We will be back again very soon. Keep up the awesome experience.

This was our first visit. We passed by plenty of times. The food was great. The server was great with offering suggestions.
