I entered this establishment, which features two terraces leading up to the bar and has wallpaper reminiscent of a Holiday Inn restaurant (even though the Crowne Plaza is indeed affiliated with Holiday Inn...). View all feedback.
What GRETEL doesn't like about Altitude And Lounge:
The food was decent, but I wouldn't recommend trying the peach corn soup—it was the worst dish we ordered. The prices are a bit high, and the service was quite slow. The highlight of our visit was definitely the stunning view of the glacier and mountains right in front of us. View all feedback.
Selena was really nice and handled our big group very well! Congrats on graduating in June!
I didn't realize this was the hotel restaurant. But, it was a nice atmosphere and the food tasty. Not what I expected from a hotel restaurant by airport, it was much better. The steaks were a nice thick cut and cooked perfectly medium.
Food was delicious. Service was alright. Apparently they don 't do open table reservations so our reservation didn 't exist, but they weren 't busy so they were able to accommodate our party of 6 (I 'd hate to see eggs would 've happened if they were packed). It 's in the hotel so I would call it standard to decent fare.
I believe this issue is probably due to staffing issues but I waited 50 minutes from the time I sat down to when I received my breakfast bowl. Food was decent but I would’ve been better off using my breakfast voucher at the Starbucks inside the hotel.
Breakfast is pretty good and the hotel will give you two vouchers for each day for free breakfast, even when you are staying alone. You also get one voucher for a free drink each night (who eats two breakfast meals but only has one drink a night ? . Dinner food, nothing to write home about. Worst cheese curds I’ve ever had in Wisconsin or pretty much anywhere else.
