However, I was quite disappointed with the pricing situation, particularly because the menu and website are not up to date. I was shocked to find my bill was $12.00 more than I anticipated based on the prices listed online. When I brought this up to the bartender, who was very friendly, she mentioned that the manager had indicated the menu was outdated and that the website needed updating as well. I requested an updated menu, but was informed that the manager hadn't bothered to print any new ones. It seems like this place could really use a new manager! As a dipping bar in Millvale, I’d rather drive to Sewickley for a $20 burger that’s at least clearly priced.

The staff consisted of one bartender, our waitress, and a chef working that night. When we inquired about the beers on tap and whether they had any IPAs, she seemed unsure of not only the options but even what an IPA was. That said, she was very pleasant, but her outfit—glittering crop top, tight pants, and high heels—felt quite out of place for a waitress. I ended up going to the bar to order another beer since it was too busy for her to notice my request. I ordered the Californian burger, which was cooked perfectly, and the fries were fresh and nicely salted. I could see the cook effortlessly tossing the fries in a bowl of salt as they came out of the fryer, though he did cough while preparing our food as he was working alone. The avocado on the burger was fresh and perfectly ripe. I hope the cook is well compensated because he truly deserves it; times are tough for small businesses. Overall, the food was good, and our server was very nice. However, she definitely needs more training on the menu and drinks. Additionally, they should consider removing the overpowering air fresheners and addressing any odors they are trying to mask. With a few small adjustments, there’s a lot of potential here.

Our experience at the restaurant turned out to be fantastic. I was initially a bit hesitant about the prices, but for the first time in a long while, I felt that what we paid was absolutely worth it. I had the best burgers I've ever tasted, and the drinks were great too!

They typically play great music, and the establishment is equipped with TVs and speakers. Without a doubt, it's the best place in Millvale for dinner and drinks. I had a delicious steak and thoroughly enjoyed my evening there, so I highly recommend you give it a try!
