I recognize that it’s just a fast-food place and that customer service seems to have diminished overall in many fast-food establishments, but during the past year, I have consistently experienced friendly and welcoming encounters with the staff here. The cleanliness of the dining area has also been impressive every time I've visited. Whoever is managing this location deserves commendation for both the staff’s warm service and their efficiency in getting every order right. I appreciate the fact that I’ve always received my orders accurately, and they consistently provide napkins and sauces (there’s nothing worse than opening your bag and realizing you’ve been given neither napkins nor sauces or utensils). In conclusion, thank you very much to the staff! If you’re hungry and cruising down El Camino, I highly recommend taking a few extra minutes to stop at this location—you’ll definitely notice the difference!
