Their matcha drinks aren... read more I have to admit, the food here isn't all that great, especially for how much it costs. The popcorn chicken was $9 and not very filling. Their matcha drinks aren't very good, and the honey green tea has a hint of bitterness to it, which I don't mind exactly, but others might. The quality of their toppings differs on the time of day and the workers. Sometimes, their pearls are chewy and slightly firm, while other times, they are undercooked and leave a starchy taste in your mouth. Their egg puffs also take a long time to cook, and I was late to a meeting because of it. I do like their fries, though. I recommend getting extra seasoning. The service is good. That's pretty much it. Not outstanding, exactly, but good enough in my opinion. I do wish, though, that they wouldn't throw away a drink that they messed up and would instead give the customer both drinks like the TeaHut nearby. The atmosphere is quite nice. I like what they did to one of the walls where the wallpaper is composed of a variety of toppings they serve there. It's pretty cozy and I like to go there if I have something to work on, unless there are a bunch of high schoolers sitting somewhere who are going to make a bunch of noise. Overall, this place isn't bad, but it isn't the greatest. It's nice enough for me to come here every once in a while if I'm in a rush, but otherwise, I would find some other place to go to.

It’s def worth for the price. It’s rlly affordable compared to other similar places in the area. I pointed out the foreign object, and he acknowledged it but said, "Yeah, I see it, but I don’t know how it got in there." I replied that I didn’t either. This lack of accountability and poor customer service was very disappointing. I was sitting right in front of their counter the whole time, and they could easily check the security footage if they thought I had tampered with my drink. I didn't make a fuss and simply suggested they inspect their products to make sure nothing foreign gets into them. Yet he continued to imply that it might have been my doing, which was absurd. Considering their setup with open containers, it's very possible for flies to contaminate their drinks, especially with all the syrup and ice around. While these incidents can happen, their initial response to deny responsibility was completely irresponsible. I remained calm the entire time, and again, they could check their cameras! After this experience, I doubt I will return. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was poor, and the cell signal was practically non-existent. There are plenty of other places where I can spend my money. So, drinkers beware! Always check your drinks before consuming them. Turn them upside down and give them a shake to ensure there’s no unexpected “protein” in your beverage, or else you might just hear a "I don’t know how it got there" from their staff.

They also offer... read more This is a wonderful place, and I visit regularly! The boba and snacks are consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also offer a great selection of board games to enjoy. My only complaint is the pricing, which I feel is a bit higher than necessary.

I stood at the counter for a minute while the staff overlooked my presence, until I noticed the tablets on the wall that said "order here." My mistake. The drink was decent, but there were no board games available, making it hard to justify coming here with friends. Just a sign of the times, I suppose.

It's always fun to try something new from the menu, whether it's a snack or a drink. I recently tried the Mango Fanatics, and I've been choosing that over the Milk Tea lately!

The aromas are delightful, and the tapioca pearls have a nice, soft texture. The location is convenient, situated on the main road with plenty of parking available. The atmosphere is beautiful and bright, featuring comfortable seating and a children's playground. It's an excellent place to gather and relax!
