What User doesn't like about Subway:
The service was terrible even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. A rude teenager seemed upset because she didn't receive a tip, which was quite amusing! The sub was acceptable, but that's the only positive aspect of this place. View all feedback.
It's a Subway. Clean and friendly staff. Had egg salad sandwich so I was happy
I ordered the Turkey Ranch sidekick through the app, and I was really disappointed. It came with just one slice of deli turkey, eight spinach leaves, three tiny pieces of red onion, and the small end of a Roma tomato. Wow, talk about trying to make a sandwich into an unbelievably small and unappetizing portion! I definitely won’t be ordering this again, especially from this location.
I had a bit of a crisis today when I lost my car keys, and my phone was locked inside the car. I went into Subway and asked the girl if she could call me a taxi. She told me they didn’t have a phone. I was surprised and asked, “What? Subway doesn’t have a phone?” She then clarified that they do have one, but she wasn’t permitted to use it. Honestly, I found that pretty frustrating. Thanks for the lack of help.

I was shocked—how can Subway not have a phone? Then she clarified that they do have one, but she wasn't permitted to use it. It was frustrating. Overall, I left feeling quite let down.
Not impressed with the response from the employee when I mentioned the debit machine terminal needed cleaning from smudges and finger prints. . “ that is why we offer plastic gloves for you”. I did not know about the gloves. Not sure why the terminal is not wiped down after every time. Will not return.
