The rewards on the app are still great, although the pizza tracking feature may require an app refresh. However, we have always relied on the estimated delivery time provided when ordering, which has usually been accurate (15-29 minutes). Waiting a few extra minutes is not a big deal, especially when you can watch your pizza being prepared in the oven, providing entertainment for the kids. We continue to frequent this location due to the excellent customer service and consistent quality of their pizzas. The toppings are always well-distributed, and the crust is typically excellent. We even took a picture of the bottom of our pizza once, just to show how perfect it was! Having tried other pizza chains in the area, such as Pizza Hut and Domino's (which are better elsewhere on the island), we find that Papa John's offers better value for money and more consistent quality. The free and ample parking, in-store bathroom, acceptance of credit cards, and ID card discounts are all added bonuses. Overall, we highly recommend checking out Papa John's and their Rewards app for the best offers and delicious pizzas in the neighborhood.

The owner of this pizza restaurant makes it convenient. It is one of the best pizza places on the island.

I have stopped coming to this restaurant for three main reasons. Firstly, the pizza is always below standard compared to other Papa John's locations. Secondly, the app/web orders are consistently wrong. It always says that the pizza is ready for pickup when it's not, and the app shows that it was picked up when I'm still waiting for another 30 minutes. I have waited a total of 1.5 hours when the app initially said it would only take 38 minutes. Lastly, the team at this location does not seem to improve despite being aware of the existing problems.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited for an hour for a pepper chocolate dessert, only to end up canceling my order and going somewhere else because it still wasn't ready. I will never order from this place again.
