I have Celiac disease so I don't eat out much to make sure I don't get cross contaminated. I ordered the Ceasar salad with no croutons and made sure to tell the waiter I had Celiac so no gluten. What M K J doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Really poor quality food! My wife?s quesadilla explosion salad was really gross. Lettuce was mainly core pieces that should?ve been discarded and the chicken was NOT grilled. I honestly love the restaurant theme and there food. All of there foods are flavorful and great. Overall the grilled chicken and egg rolls are my favorite. I?m so happy that they brought back the cheese bites. Overall chilis will always be my favorite.

The service was outstanding, but unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was rubbery and lacked flavor. Overall, the food was not worth the price or the discomfort it caused.
I have Celiac disease, so I don't eat out often to avoid cross-contamination. I ordered the Caesar salad without croutons and made sure to inform the waiter about my condition to ensure there was no gluten in my meal. I appreciate a good Caesar dressing, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh theirs tasted. I also had some coffee, which was delicious. Although the waiter was quite busy, he took the time to brew a fresh pot of coffee and returned for refills. I can confidently add this Chili's to my list of safe dining options, which is always a positive experience.
We then placed our food order. While we waited, our server attended to several other tables around us but completely ignored ours, leaving us without any check-ins to see if we needed anything. We had to flag down other servers just to get more chips and salsa and to ask for beverage refills. Almost an hour later, our server finally returned to let us know that our food would be ready soon. At that point, we decided we just wanted the check and to leave. Within five minutes, our food was suddenly brought out by the manager and another server. We told them to take it back, explaining that we only wanted our check. I was truly appalled that even after discussing our poor experience with the manager, she still charged us for the chips and salsa and the two sodas, which we never received refills for since our server had failed to check on us after our food order. This had always been our favorite place to dine, but after this experience, I can’t see myself returning to the Mililani, Hawaii location. We may try another Chili's in the future, but it will be a while, as this incident has significantly affected our perception of the management, service, and overall value they place on their customers.
