It was around 10:30 pm on New Years Eve and the drive-thru was packed, they were the only place still open. They staff was very polite and even though there was approximately 10 cars in the drive-thru and more pulling up they kept their composureThey was able to get us our order hot, as ordered and have us on our way in no time!! What brad s doesn't like about White Castle:
Either cheese sticks that have the cheese cooked out of them or egg sandwiches full of egg shell shards this place never fails on being absolute trash. Drive to the one on 32 in Batavia if you want decent food. View all feedback.

4/20/24 Service was slow. Went through the drive-thru. Took about 25 to 30 minutes total due to under staffing. The 2 men working were friendly and professional. But they need help! Parking: Parking lot is free and has handicapped spaces also!
Good branch generally pretty fast and the staff is super polite
Had clam strips. They were excellent! Vegetarian options: Impossible Slider.
Drive-thru was a little long but worth the wait for the Fish nuggets and Mozzarella sticks. I was pleasantly surprised with the fish taste.
