Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

If you don't eat pork but love hotdogs, this is the place to get them! They toast the bread and it's so good! I get mine with jalapeños and onion with mustard. The fries are seasoned just right, and they have fry dipping sauce that is so good. The sweet tea is amazing. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

I’m from out of town and I showed up here after a Reds game 4 minutes before they closed expecting to be turned down. To my surprise the manager and crew were incredibly nice, food was fresh and delicious, and never once felt rushed by the staff to get out of there. Walked in was pleasantly greeted from the manager. He explained to me what kind of place they were asking what they were known for. He said they were known for their custard and their burgers. Then he offered me one of the new burgers which was a steak burger. I asked if he would make it exactly the way he mentioned it to me but instead of the tomato sauce that was going to be on it switched that out with 1,000 island. He asked me if I wanted to order a fries and I got a glass of water and one scoop of chocolate custard with some fudge on it. It was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. For those of you that like to go to Culver's cuz you really love their custard but there's no culvers around. If you see a Freddy's get in there, it is a great opportunity and really good food. For those of you that miss having a steak and shake around get into Freddy's. They have all the stuff steak and shake had but instead of the regular ice cream they have the custard so it's so much better. So much full of flavor and I'm telling you what the atmosphere was great. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean. The floors were kept up a nice. I'm telling you this manager has his act together. He's working on becoming the the district manager to train other people how to operate their stores in this area. This guy at this store knows the stuff and I tell you what he's going to make a difference in the community with this business. Kid-friendliness: Looks like a great place to bring your kids. They have a menu that they can eat off of. The place is very inviting and friendly. Lots of pictures on the wall that you can read the descriptions to your children so they can learn history and things of the past. I'm telling you this a great place to go to. I'm glad I found it.
