Apparently the restaurant has been around for 30+ years and was the first Michelin vegetarian restaurant in Europe! We picked the Zenith menu. All the dishes had a blend of East Asian and Western European ingredients and flavors. The highlights for us were the risotto, strawberry and tomato gazpacho, and mushroom. They also offer amazing freshly baked sourdough bread and kept replenishing it. The desserts were also good just not as memorable. The oat milk cafe latte was lovely but there was a slight confusion among the servers so the timing did not match well with the desserts. We particularly appreciated their attention to detail for my husband 's dietary restriction. The chef came out to confirm his restrictions to refined sugar. Overall highly recommend for a special evening!

The waiter took time to present how the menu works and let us choose the best choice for us. We chose the 6 course menu with wine pairing. The different flavors and combinations were great. The wine pairing was good as well. At the end of our dinner, the chef came to our table for a good talk. It is worth trying it.

Each course of the meal was preceded by a narration from the waiter. I have to admit that the first bite literally moved me. All the flavors were very well combined and balanced. I would like to commend the attitude and very gentlemanly behavior of the staff. The waiters were very attentive and nice to us the whole time. On the day of the visit, we were already on our way from Milan and had a suitcase with us. It was no problem at all. The staff stored the suitcase for us right after we arrived at the restaurant. If you have a small purse, the waiters will offer you a special hook to hang your purse under the table, so you don't have to put it on the floor or on a chair. When entering the restaurant, they also take your coat and hang it in the closet. The waiters will also accompany you when you leave the restaurant, so you don't have to worry about getting lost. The restaurant premises are very clean, tastefully designed, and very peaceful. The approximately two-hour visit was not only a tasting experience for us, but also a pleasant relaxation.
