I stopped after a walk, the restaurant is in front of the canal, has a nice atmosphere and is near the metro station. Excellent tasty pizza!! Edit: 2nd time here!! The restaurant was busy, the attentive waiter considered the I would like to sit outside and at the opportunity he managed a table for me. Service excellent, friendly! Lasagna and tiramisu super tasty!! I recommend!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Canaletto Bistrot:
The pizza was rich but the waiter almost didn't tell us a word, we had to call it almost every time to assist because he was busy trying to connect with the girl at the table next door. Plus they charged us €3 for a bottle of tap water. View all feedback.

Food was delicious. Everyone was very kind and it has an amazing atmosphere and decor. Great view of the canal too if the weather is nice
Great place canal side. Glad we came early was really busy by 7.30 and queue for tables. We sat outside under a heater which was nice as still able to feel dining al fresco even in a slightly over cast February night. Tables were a little cramped so kind of felt a bit in other diners’ space but guess pavement space is premium here. Food was delicious, service excellent and restaurant design and ambience very Milan. Would def go back if in Navigli again. Sharing plates and antipasti looked so good even though we ordered mains. Highly recommend.
