As a solo traveller I have been to this restaurant on a couple occasions and have always enjoyed the food, staff, and ambiance! You can enjoy a quiet meal tucked away or chat away in a group. I've gotten many of the meals and have never been disappointed. They have a mix of traditional and new flavors. Plates are always well balanced and perfect portions. I really recommend this spot as a great dinner out.
For a hotel restaurant, quality and unique dishes equal to stand alone restaurants in the city. For a hotel guest, even more so for the convenience. Lunch is typical fare, dinner is where you see local specialties. Highly recommend
A beautiful location, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for a business dinner, as in my case, but also for a romantic evening or a quiet dinner with friends. The service was impeccable, the staff were very attentive and courteous. I was a little disappointed with the dishes. We had two appetizers to share, which weren't anything special, a trio of bruschettas that was too simple, and a cold cuts platter that wasn't to my liking, but the rest of the table finished them anyway. Among the first courses, the risotto alla milanese was excellent, while everyone said it was a no-go. The desserts were spectacular. The prices were moderately high, justified by the location. Still, the menu was interesting; perhaps we had the wrong night.
Warm welcome, good food and good service. You cannot do anything wrong and try the cotolette :

The restaurant is just the lobby bar of the hotel, in fact, you can perfectly see who is leaving or entering the hotel. We ordered a starter to share (vegetable spheres) which was tasteless. Then we ordered the 2 pax Mixed Fried Fish with Vegetables, which was a total disappointment. There were a few tiny small pieces of dry fish, 1 shrimp (for a 2 people dish) and it was totally cold. We told the waiter that it was cold just as we tried it, she took away the plate to heat it, and brought it again, just slightly warm. Super expensive and totally disappointing. I would never go back.
Our family of 5 arrived at 1pm for our lunch reservation. 40 minutes went by before bread was even brought to the table and wine opened. The waitress did not ask one of us to sample the wine first before continuing to pour for everybody. The pasta we ordered for our 3-year old arrived with everybody else’s plates about an hour after ordering. She was really starting to get fussy due to being hungry and bored… The restaurant was kind to give her a coloring book with crayons however they completely missed the mark on service and timing. Lastly, the restaurant only had another table of two aside from our group so we really didn’t understand why everything was so slow… lack of staff perhaps? That being said, the food was quite tasty but after waiting so long I think even a piece of cardboard with butter would’ve sufficed as an appetizer…

This restaurant is part of the Hilton Hotel. I love this place. I was not expecting good food as that rarely happens in hotels. But this place was spectacular. The food was wonderful. I had lunch and even room service another night while here. I love it.
We needed a convenient place for dinner after a late arrival in Milan. This restaurant, surprisingly in a Hilton hotel, is excellent. Food and service both fabulous. Highly recommend the veal, prepared in the traditional Milanese style.
This restaurant is definitely 5 stars! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was laid back and wonderful. I would highly recommend the cotolette veal with cheese and mushroom. Beautifully crispy on the outside, but moist on the inside. The French fries with season salt were a great complement. My wife had the risotto with bone marrow. She really liked it, even though she tries to avoid red meat. We are staying at the Hilton and were pleasantly surprised to find such a great restaurant inside our hotel
We had dinner here and the food was good. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We loved the bread basket with the different flavored butters.
We were staying at the Hilton didn’t give this restaurant a thought until coming back late one night from Lake Como. We couldn’t be bothered to venture out somewhere for dinner after our long day. Hence, we tried Cotoliamo! Our dining experience here was nothing short of superb. The staff were fast, friendly attentive. The ambiance was nice, but, I recommend the restaurant should get rid of the elevator music use Spotify download ‘Lounge Lovers’ for some wonderful music to back up the lovely food dished out. Our veal cutlets with tallegio cheese porcini mushrooms were superb. So was the homemade trio of butter for our bread basket. Cost is on the more expensive Hilton level of pricing, but, with food as fresh tasty as this I don’t mind spending that amount of coin. Cocktails were nice refreshing had a good hit of alcohol. We’d definitely come back to try more of the different style stuffed veal cutlets on offer, I highly recommend them.
