This particular Subway establishment is struggling, reflected in both its food quality and customer service. The two staff members could not have been more friendly and helpful than they were. It was a very pleasant 5 minute stop to get some food before the football game. See ya next week!
I don't know if I did something to get this loaded or what, but I'm officially giving up. I have changed my lifestyle and try to eat the subway 5 days the week for lunch. this subway is the most convenient as it is right in front of the autobahn and there is one through. this is the 8th day in a row they have an apology why they can't make a sandwich for me. either they have no brot (3 out of 8) have to come me in (3 out of 8) if there are no customers inside or through. or they only don't answer (2 out of 8) so that I just moved away sitting after 5 minutes. Anyway, I just wanted to share this, I don't expect this subway to be in business for a long time, I've never seen another customer and I'm trying to give them money, every day, but from one reason or another they don't want or can serve me. I'm ready to go here. a lot of luck when they try to find it like me and look for a quick stop on the fast road, I found that there is another underground exit 115. there is no going through, but they have at least brot and can actually make a sandwich
Should be negative one star, went thru Drive Thru young lady couldn't understand my order all I kept hearing was how do I ring up Double Meat ? I said I would pull around and the gentleman that was supposedly training her said he couldn't take my order at the window because it would delay the people behind me although I did not see any customers in the parking lot nor did I see anyone pull thru as I was Next Door in the Drive Thru at McDonald's being as Subway would not wait on me. It's truly astonishing the caliber of people that are supposedly left in charge of Places Of Business. I guess we as paying customers are expected to accept the service given if any at all ? Not me my money will be spent elsewhere..
