Our local PTO reached out to them to see if they could help us with a Valentine fundraiser. Sandy was amazing to work with on this project. Always willing to help no matter howcrazy the request was! She is the best! I think one of the reason our fundraiser was so successful was because everyone knew thequality and deliciousness of the cookies they would be receiving. And is was a great way for the school to support two localbusinesses...The Midway Bakery and Weisenberger Mill.

A nice cool cafe with wonderful fresh baked goodies breads , cookies , scones , quiche, pies, cinnamon rolls as well as an assortment of coffees andteas . The staff was very patient , friendly and attentive. We had the savory scones with ham, cheese and chives yummy atad salty , ham and chives quiche exquisite one of the best I have had, very fluffy and melt in your mouth , sorghumcookie delicious cookie with a kick of spice . Also has local goodies like cake mixes , honey , coffee and even soaps on sale. So glad we stopped by here .. can?t wait to be back with my husband !!

We had the sweet potato muffin which was nice and moist with excellent flavor. The gals were all very friendly and fast service. The location is sounique and cute in an old school kitchen. I?m so glad we stopped on our drive west.

I'm not sure if they have in door seating but the patio was equipped witha bird feeder and a small garden. I don't know a nicer place to spend an early morning. I ordered a small smorgasbord of items that they use flour fromthe local mill and it was all delicious. The price was fair for fresh baked pastry. The staff are as sweet as theirproducts. Time to nitpick for for the foodies. The sorghum cookie was my favorite, but I would like to try one without thesugar on top. However it balanced the sorghum and ginger flavor really well. The scone was baked to perfection. Not too dry nottoo moist with a firm body. The dough is on the sweeter side. The blueberry muffin had lots of fresh blueberries and good topcrust. I have to say it was a little too sweet for my pallet but perfectly baked. Time to go in and order some more!

Our local PTO contacted them for assistance with a Valentine’s fundraiser, and Sandy was fantastic to work with throughout the process. She was always ready to help, no matter how outlandish the requests were! She truly is the best! I believe one of the reasons our fundraiser was such a success is that everyone was aware of the quality and deliciousness of the cookies they would be receiving. It was also a wonderful opportunity for the community.
