**Dining Experience at a Local Eatery: A Mixed Bag**
This restaurant delivers a varied experience, marked by high prices that often do not match the quality of the food. Guests have noted atmospheres that can be charming and intimate, particularly during quieter nights. While some dishes, like the avocado toast and omelets, have received rave reviews for their taste and presentation, others, such as the mushroom Bolognese, fell flat. Service ranges from prompt and friendly to frustratingly slow. Overall, while some patrons may enjoy the comfort and aesthetic, others may find better value elsewhere. It's a place worth considering if convenience is a priority.

Horrible stay and definitely not worth the money! I guess they were remodeling but waited at the front desk for 20 minutes for someone to help us. For the money our room was terrible. Run down, holes in the ceiling. Felt like I was staying in a hotelin the 1980's. Check out is 11 I believe and we decided to sleep in but house keeping was knocking on our door at 8:15 am. Then they came again at 9:40 am. My goodness they were that eager to clean our room. Trying to get breakfast and service atthe restaurant in the morning was slow and it was like they didn't even want us there. Horrible stay and would never stay thereagain. Rooms should be priced at $99, that's really what type of service room we received.
Scuba diving in the crater. Room was remodeled. Had a fridge and coffe maker with no plug....called the front desk. Maintained took care of it immediately. Clearly the first people to stay in the newly remodeled room. Nice showers. Staffwas great. Breakfast at the restaurant off the lobby was fantastic. Still the place is going through remodeling with somerooms upgraded and many rooms being remodeled. Nice experience.
The hotel room was beautiful! I literally gasped when I walked in and was so delighted with every detail! The outdoor decorations were so charming! There were pumpkins and fall flowers, cornucopias, straw bales, and even a pumpkin wall.Definitely many photo op locations! It felt like we were in a Hallmark movie! The staff was so friendly, pleasant, and wentabove and beyond to be helpful to us. They were so accommodating to all our needs and wants.
Make sure to use H?????o???.??m when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here fora very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. We had a family reunion at the Homestead. Westayed in renovated rooms, which were wonderful. The event planning team was accommodating and helpful. And the staff onproperty outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend having a reunion or just a vacation here.

Came for Restaurant Week and opted against the special. Got a beet appetizer (not the most appealing presentation), wedge salad, and steak and frites. Steak was ordered medium and arrived raw. Took easily 20 minutes to get the steak back, and there were 3 tables seated. Staff is trying and friendly enough but doesn't appear to be trained or experienced at all. I suggest considering other options in Midway.
Wonderful dinner at Simon’s ! It was a Monday night and we had the restaurant to ourselves! Sitting by the fireplace and enjoying watching the snow fall outside ! The service was excellent and the food was amazing! The only downside was I wanted steak for dinner dinner and it was not on the menu that night
The actual menu was nothing like the on-line one. Food was great for vegans, but that was not what we were looking for. Server was very friendly and prompt. Atmosphere we nice but overall this was just okay and classified as a hotel restaurant. Pricey and just okay
The food was amazing! I got the avocado toast, and not only was it picture worthy, but the flavor was spot on. The service, however, left much to be desired. It took about five minutes to be coldly greeted, then another couple of minutes to be seated at a table that was ready to go. Upon seating, it took about twelve minutes to have our order taken, then ten more minutes to get coffee/tea service. When the food arrived, there was never a check back to ensure everything was correct, and it took us ten minutes after we had finished to have the server return (to another table) for us to ask for our check. What we thought would be a quick 30-45 minute breakfast took us double that.

My wife and I stopped at the Homestead inn a Sunday Afternoon drive. We had a nice lunch with a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. It was quite and pleasant with a piano playing in the background. I had the Heber Burger. I asked for some Mayo, they have me a garlic aioli. It was pretty darn good. I will go back. The food was pretty good, but the atmosphere was GREAT if you are looking for a quiet place to talk and enjoy someone's company, then look no further. This place a large enough so that you aren't sitting on top of your neighbor. It was a nice experience.
Beautiful place to dive at Homestead Resort! Beautiful dining room and great views from the big windows! Breakfast here was great and very cozy with the fireplace going and snow on the ground that expands the already beautiful view! Dined here during the stay at Homestead and it was a wonderful experience! Also a beautiful additional amenity they sold wine to the bottle, the need to go to the city and find a place that sold wine. The place also had a happy hour, which was also a nice touch!
I can't believe we skip this restaurant on our first day stay at our Hotel Homestead Resort.. This is unexpected – located in the resort's premises. And on our last night searching for dinner time we found the .. Surprisingly, the food was so incredible- so delicious and tasteful..
Wow new menu love it you use fresh ingredients Everything is amazing farm to table restaurant This is my favorite restaurant in Midway!! @95_chef_javi Good job people
This is a beautiful place to get a casual dinner in the area. The service is good, not great. The views from the large windows are beautiful. Free rolls were very good. My pot roast was delicious and all fried sides are delicious with excellent bread time. The Bison Chili was tasty and delicate as the ham and the bean soup. Resort was definitely not full, so speed was fast.
