There was a piece of short blonde hair in wasabi as I first put my chopsticks in. (None of us has blonde hair) I brought it to the server’s attention and she just swapped it out like it’s not a big deal. Two Firebirds had no sauce over it so they tasted differently. I must admit my bias on the service. My daughters work their. But outside of my bias the sushi is amazing! Simply one of the best in Utah.
