This charming little restaurant in Spring City is absolutely worth a detour! I had the Bratwurst Plate, while my wife enjoyed the Reuben along with some tasty potato salad, and we shared both dishes. I love the food. Wife had the waffle with fruit. It was great. I had the German breakfast Sausage, but they have not been able to get the German Breakfast Sausage for a couple of weeks. I substituted a Braut. It was a really good Braut, but not designed to have with eggs and German potatoes. It?s not their fault, there are no German breakfast sausages available from their supplier.
