Was David A at Itto Sushi a mag?
I have to acknowledge my bias regarding the service since my daughters work there. However, putting that aside, the sushi is exceptional! It's truly some of the best you'll find in Utah. View all feedback.

What S C dislikes about Itto Sushi:
I found a short piece of blonde hair in the wasabi as soon as I dipped my chopsticks in. (None of us have blonde hair.) I pointed it out to the server, who simply replaced it as if it were no big deal. Additionally, two of the Firebird rolls were missing sauce, which made them taste quite different. Delicious sushi — fast service and very friendly staff! Will definitely return. Loved the tempura style California roll and the sweet dandelion roll.
